1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or using Valyke, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Usernames must not impersonate another person, mislead the community, or violate someone else’s rights.
3. Intents, Updates, and help
Valyke helps people share what they are trying to accomplish, offer help, post Updates, and communicate. Valyke does not guarantee that an Intent will receive a response, that another member is qualified, or that any suggested action will produce a particular result. Use judgment before relying on advice or meeting, hiring, paying, or sharing sensitive information with another person.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Valyke a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, translate, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service according to your visibility choices. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where continued handling is technically or legally required.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to share your content. Feedback about Valyke may be used without restriction or compensation to improve the service, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
5. Community conduct
You must not:
- harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully discriminate;
- post illegal, fraudulent, harmful, sexually exploitative, or infringing content;
- spam, manipulate reactions or impact, or misrepresent assistance provided;
- access accounts or data without permission, probe security, or distribute malware;
- scrape, automate, or overload the service outside approved interfaces; or
- use Valyke to violate law or another person’s privacy or intellectual property.
6. Messaging and circles
Circle creators and administrators are responsible for membership decisions. New members may receive earlier chat history when the person adding them elects to share it. Do not add people or disclose private conversation content without an appropriate reason and permission.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We may act without advance notice where immediate action is necessary, but this does not create a duty to monitor every interaction.
8. Deactivation and deletion
You may deactivate your account and later reactivate it through your registered email. You may also request permanent deletion in Settings. Account access ends immediately after a deletion request, while complete removal of associated Valyke activity may take up to 30 days, subject to limited lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability and third parties
We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Links, files, advice, offers, and services from other members or third parties are their responsibility. Valyke is not responsible for third-party products or agreements between members.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Valyke is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of member content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valyke will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
